Requirements :
NQF level 6/7 National Diploma/Degree as recognized by SAQA in Management Services/Operations Management/Human Resource Management, or any other relevant NQF level 6/7 qualification. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the Organisational development field. Understanding and knowledge of the Organisational Development environment. Technical skills: Training on the Job evaluation evaluate system. Basic training on Persal. Competencies: Computer literacy: MS Office Package (MS excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word) Advanced MS Excel skills will be an added advantage. Attributes: Team player, good communication skills, analytical thinking, takes initiative and problem solving skills. Knowledge and understanding of relevant Public Service legislations, (Public Service Regulations, Public service Act, DPSA Directives/circulars on organizational development matters etc. Valid driver’s license.
Duties :
Facilitate the development of the Organizational structure. Coordinate the job evaluation process. Facilitate the development of job descriptions. Provision of post establishment information. Maintaining data and ensuring its accuracy on the post establishment. Provision of administrative functions. Interpret post establishment data and also regularly access 3.3.4#s. Interpret post establishment information and provide accurate reports.
